Rest days you actually protect
One weekly comfort ritual (tea night, movie night, no-phone walk)
A little “gold star” box you color when you do the day’s affirmation
Color-codes for moods or themes (study days, focus days, friend days)
How I use mine
I pin it near my desk. Every morning, I read the day’s line out loud. Then I write one 3-word note under it. That’s it. End of the week, I circle one small win. End of the month, I keep the page in a folder called “proof I tried.”
